1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

·       Accepted cases: Wrong product received, physically damaged, defective, or unsafe items, items mismatching the listing description.

·       Initiate the request within 48 hours of delivery for urgent issues; otherwise, return requests are accepted up to 7 days post-delivery.

·       Must include video or 5–8 clear photos showing the product, packaging, delivery label, and any damage.

·       Returns are only accepted if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original condition with all labels and packaging intact, and all freebies/accessories are included.

2. Non-Returnable Items

·       Consumables and perishables (e.g., seeds, agrochemicals) once opened or used.

·       Products sold as part of a combo or set cannot be returned individually.

·       Custom-made or special-order items.

3. Return Process

·       Contact support at support@kaarobaar.co.in or [Insert Helpline Number].

·       Provide Order ID, condition details, and photographic/video proof.

·       If approved, pickup will be arranged where possible. In non-serviceable areas, self-ship securely via trusted courier.

4. Refunds

·       Once received and verified, customers will be notified about the refund decision.

·       Prepaid payments refunded to original payment method within 7–10 working days.

·       COD refunds processed via NEFT/UPI to customer’s bank account (details required).

·       No deductions for defective/wrong product returns; otherwise, shipping charges may apply.

5. Exchanges

·       Allowed only if identical product is available in stock.

·       If not available, refund will be processed.

6. Delay or Missing Refund

·       Check bank/UPI account first.

·       If still not received, write to support@kaarobaar.co.in for assistance.

7. Fraud Prevention Measures

·       False claims or misuse may lead to account suspension, blacklisting, or legal action.

·       All returns subject to Kaarobaar’s verification.

8. Governing Law

·       This policy is governed by the laws of India.

·       Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Delhi NCR courts.

How long do I have to raise a return request?

What proof do you require?

No—combos must be returned as a whole; individual items from the set cannot be returned alone.

Prepaid orders refunded via the original method. COD refunds processed via NEFT/UPI.

How long before I get my refund?

Refunds processed within 7–10 working days after approval.

What if I don’t see the refund?

Check your bank/UPI account. If still missing, contact support@kaarobaar.co.in.

What if the same product isn’t available for exchange?

Refund will be offered if identical replacement is not available.

Are return shipping costs covered?

Covered only if the product is wrong/damaged; otherwise borne by the customer.

What if someone attempts multiple false returns?
