1. Shipping Time & Process

·       Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours of confirmation.

·       Standard delivery takes 3–7 working days in most areas. Remote or rural locations may take longer due to logistical constraints.

2. Logistics & Partnerships

·       We partner with trusted courier companies and local postal networks for pan-India delivery.

·       Special attention is given to rural deliveries through local hubs and regional delivery partners.

3. Tracking & Notifications

·       Customers will receive an SMS/email with shipping confirmation and tracking details once the order is dispatched.

·       Orders can also be tracked from the 'Track Order' section on our website.

4. Delivery Attempts

·       Each order will have up to two delivery attempts.

·       After two failed attempts, the shipment will be returned to Kaarobaar. Resend or refund will depend on whether delivery failure was due to incorrect address or customer unavailability.

5. Shipping Charges

·       Standard shipping fees may apply depending on order size and delivery location.

·       Express or next-day delivery (if available in select areas) may be charged extra. Such fees are non-refundable unless non-shipment is caused by Kaarobaar.

6. Rural Delivery Challenges & Mitigation

·       Infrastructure and road challenges: We provide realistic delivery timelines based on region.

·       Dispersion of villages: Local pick-up points and representatives may be used for smooth delivery.

·       Technology gaps: SMS and direct phone calls are used for delivery confirmation to ensure accessibility even without internet.
